Unlikely - even disregarding any size limits, there's no id3 frame type
designated for binary custom extensions.

As long as you keep the database, there shouldn't be any issue with
preserving the analysis data. It's just a file, so you can easily back
it up.
The only obvious case for re-analysis would be if you move your music
files. However, since it's a sqlite3 DB, you could  use any sqlite3
client to update the paths.
