Oh you're right Tim, there is no option for Windows, sorry. 

Now looking at the log, detection works but your other AirPlay devices
do not show up. They might be blocked by your network configuration
(router, switches ...). Usually people don't realize that because their
players are on WiFi so as their iOS devices, so they see each other. But
these DNS multicast packets might be filtered out by routers or switches
- this is a known problem
