Here are my notes for two cycles of failure to update music info:
I think the 5s trigger I mentioned earlier might have been the culprit. Please update to the latest version of the RP plugin and try again. I've left my SB3 playing RP for about 12h. While I obviously wasn't able to monitor it all the time, whenever I did check its screen, the metadata shown (title/album/artist) was correct.
