hello All,

I installed Squeezelite on a desktop running Ubuntu 16.04-64bit, via the
usual apt-get install.

I have a few Raspi running Squeezelite, so I thought it would have been
an easy promenade.

I then entered the relevant info in /etc/defaults/squeezelite about name
of player, and server ip.

However, if I:
sudo squeezelite -o front:CARD=PCM2702,DEV=0 -s 192.168.7.10
Home directory not accessible: Permission denied

and if I:
sudo /etc/init.d/squeezelite start
[....] Starting squeezelite (via systemctl): squeezelite.service
but nothing happens.

This is what /var /log/syslog reports:
Feb 18 16:11:01 pentax systemd[1]: Starting Squeezelite LMS player...
Feb 18 16:11:01 pentax systemd[1]: squeezelite.service: PID file
/var/run/squeezelite-armv6hf.pid not readable (yet?) after start: No
such file or directory

Why does it refer to the binary meant for the Raspberry?
I am sure I downloaded the Intel-64bit.
I even did apt-get purge and apt-get install --reinstall, but it's the
same.

I am puzzled..

thanks for your time,

-Gian
