correct - they do not show on the plugin installation page. However, I just noticed that if I go look at an album and press 'M', then I get the option to lookup artist information, biography, album review etc., and it works. I can see you are busy trying to setup the new build environment, so don't wast time on this - it seems the plugins are there, but not showing on the install page.
