The common causes of this problem are: A. Did you alter the default Windows TCP parameters in the registry or did you run a program which optimised your network settings (e.g. improve download)
B. You are using a satellite internet link (or a link with a long transmission time) Assuming the TCP parameters have been changed - you have a choice (otherwise just do step 2) 1. Reset the TCP parameters or 2. Changes the custom-convert.conf file in the Plugins/Alien directory.
