Hmm... could you please re-run the test (after enabling INFO logging for
plugin.spotty), then check whether spotty is still running on your LMS
machine or whether it has crashed ("ps ax | grep spotty")? What you're
saying sounds as if the spotty daemon was either dying, or not able to
communicate with your LMS. Did you password protect it?
