Interesting issue. Tried to solve on my own without bothering anyone, but no luck.
LMS instantly drops to 0 volume upon pause through my Sony AirPlay speakers as observed through LMS web interface, and does not restore to set volume upon restart of play (even with only a 1 second pause), and using the recommended settings: <player_volume>-1</player_volume> <volume_mapping>-30:1, -15:50, 0:100</volume_mapping> <volume_feedback>1</volume_feedback> <volume_mode>2</volume_mode> <mute_on_pause>0</mute_on_pause> <volume_trigger>0</volume_trigger> I tried various settings such as volume_trigger=1, but the only thing that helped was setting <volume_feedback>0. With that, LMS web showed no change in volume on pause, and play restart was at previous volume. Of course then LMS does not know when a speaker volume control is used, and synchronized volume to other speaker cannot occur.
