Peter: I had a little time to test, and it seems to work effectively. No problems noted with 6.5.1, but I really did a pretty minimal run through. This will be useful. The only thought I had was with the dim codes. I agree that the volume codes could be a problem, but the natural reaction I had was to hold the forward and rewind keys to dim lights, and that caused the squeezebox, of course, to skip ahead while in AlienBBC. I don't know what to suggest, since there are too few keys on the remote, and this is obviously a case where the user (me) can be trained. I'll let you know if anything else comes up.
