No only one premium.
Most likely "local announcement" doesn't work in your configuration. What OS/hardware are you running LMS on?
Can you check the setting in Settings/Advanced/Spotty? You can re-enable local announcement. If there was a serious problem, it would be disabled again. No use to re-enable it repeatedly. But if that happened, then check server.log, too.
