OK, now all three Couleur Café tracks have been found by MIP. Furthermore, for the first time, the MIP track count and the SS track count are the same! But one still says Couleur Caf and Psychic TV is still coming up as Psychic T.V. I might have to bite the bullet and delete the cache and rescan. Anyway, thanks snarly for prompting closer scrutiny.
