If you want to give it a try, I've made a few changes to Peter's plugin in the attached file, but I really only did a 10s test which seems to work. When players are sync'd through a group player virtual player, then the volume/power management by SyncOptions are disabled but as soon a they are synchronized "manually", it applies again.
