I saw this, too, (once) unfortunately only on the Windows Store installation after I installed from there. I made another change to this area and submitted Monday (v1.4.5), so It should be published tomorrow. If that does not fix the mini-browser, I'm going to shoot myself...uh, I mean I'm going to hunker down and rework this area from bottom to top. Actually I am hopeful 1.4.5 will fix it. I saw a line of code that adapts to monitor Dpi that may have been getting fired before the browser part was ready and I changed that in 1.4.5.
