This sort of bullshit communication is really upsetting. This is their right, as the owners of a free service to stop it whenever they want. But saying To improve service ... and enhance relationship ... WTF? Youre not enhancing anything, you want to make users pay, thats your right but I hate this type of communication style which treat people like idiots by hypocritically saying exactly the opposite of what it means.
