Those TXT files are screen layouts. If you go to the LMS web UI > Settings > Advanced > Custom Clock Helper, you can select "Clock styles" > "Style: Import..." and paste in the contents of one of the TXT files. It will save as the "name" identified at the top of the TXT file. Now you can switch to that Custom Clock. Switching from Fahrenheit to Celsius is a matter of editing the TXT file; for instance "%t" is current temp in Fahrenheit, "%T" is Celsius.
