The free API-keys issued before May 15 are still working. So if you have one you can get data from Wunderground. But they deleted a lot of stations from their map. All Netatmo-PWS, one of them I own, are no longer supported. Maybe you should try a different station. I changed the station number in SDT and get weather data on all my players.
