I tried another LMS restart. Before the restart Touch volume was 100 and Radio volume was 30. After the restart they were both set to 50. This is with Spotty 2.4.0.
Would you happen to have the "don't announce SB players..." box checked? I think there's some conflict in that situation. I'll look into this.
