Are there not restrictions on the number of queries you can do, within a certain time period, if you're not registered?
Oh, and they don't if you're registered? In fact, I've been blocked many times while testing the plugin. But as long as you update reasonably, it shouldn't be a problem. Plus the plugin is caching the results. So once an album started playing, it won't fetch anything until you change album. When I got blocked, I used a script which looked up all my albums/artists from a list which resulted in requests every few seconds.
