No, its not configurable and also not related to playback. Its related to a whole range of control functions all of which would have to be completely removed because enabling the options for the app as a whole (the binary, at build time) makes the app an audio app that cant run concurrently with other audio sources. Ive tried to change that a year ago but it doesnt work, Id have to remove too many functions a lot of people use.
