Sorry, I guess I'm confused. I think I need you to define what you're describing as the "Main Screen". Of course, the shuffle, repeat, etc. are always in the same place on the upper task bar and function the same everywhere except on the "Now Playing" page where the press and hold of the shuffle button never brings up the little sub-menu. Also, I don't see "Cancel" anywhere. If I press and hold the shuffle button on any other page, there's a "Don't Shuffle Playlist" item when the menu appears, but nothing that says "Cancel".
