Hi, Same issue.
I am from France with the "FR" country code. DNS and Internet connection is fast. LMS is on synology DNS : I changed the DNS server of the synology to 8.8.8.8 / 2001:4860:4860::8888 and the problem is still here (but maybe I don't do it the right way as I don't understand exactly what I'm doing : is a reboot necessary ? ...) I tried the following YT categories : "Divertissement", "Humour", "Science et technologie" and "Organisations à but non lucratif" : NO PROBLEM But with the following category : "Musique" : STUTTERING PROBLEM !
