Not sure what the problem is, but without automatic updates like all my other LMS plug-in's, I'll have to pass on this for now.
It's hard to help with the confusing feedback you give, and the server.log you don't give... Feel free to upload it to https://www.dropbox.com/request/T3RctyzGgNg0oFDubq6a if you don't want to post it here.
One thing is for sure: don't mess with the plugin installation folders you showed in the screenshot. Fiddling around there is almost certain to cause a headache.
