Michael, I just installed your plugin as I'm an avid user of Bandcamp and LMS. I entered my Bandcamp email address and pasted in my cookie value, and can access all submenus under your Bandcamp plugin except for My Bandcamp. I enabled debug and this is what I see in the log:
Did you enter your username, too? It's not an email address, but what would be shown in the URL field when browsing bandcamp.com.
