Look at the server log and the player specific log (youll find a hint where to find that one in the plugin settings) and post or (PM me) these (an extract for the server log). It still smells like firewall as Shairtunes opens a web server for either LMS or the players to query the audio and usually this is blocked by Windows LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
