The players do not synchronise. Nothing happens. I can tick the box next to the chosen player but when I click on synchronise the players remain unsynchronised.
Please check your browser's dev tools. There usually is a tab for network activity. When you trigger the sync command you should be able to see what command it's sending to the server, and what response it gets. Ignore all the "status" requests. Just browse through the list of requests until you find "sync".
