Thanks for feedback.

I expect a little bit of delay if swapping BBCiplayer live streams as
there is a bit of housekeeping to shut down a stream before another can
start.   With UK 320k streams as data rate is high, startup will be
quicker and you may even get away with 100kb buffer size -that may make
start a little bit quicker.

I'll probably release a 1.6.2 after Christmas with this patch included.
