Thanks. Yep I don't understand how Win10 works in this respect or how it allocates ownerships etc. Thanks for the heads up. I created an empty .opml file & edited the file properties to 'all' essentially, and that got round the problem. Why using an admin user I shouldn't have access to the data drive in this way I don't understand.
