I think this could be a Material Skin thing, so you might check with the Material Skin author/forum. SLX uninstalls like a regular windows app. When you say uninstall everything, are your referring to SLX, LMS, Material Skin, or what? I'll assume you know how to uninstall SLX. As for Material Skin, if you installed via the LMS Plugin settings page, then just unselect Material Skin there and restart server. If you installed manually, then I assume you know what to do to remove Material Skin. As for "Saved Settings" I assume you are referring to Material Skin's option to save settings as defaults on the server. I don't know what to do to undo that, I'd check with Material Skin author, Craig, in the Material Skin forum. I am interested in the fact that you say this only happens when running Material Skin via SLX. But I don't have enough to go on yet. I have seen delay issues before, generally, when using host name in SLX and your network/router has trouble/takes a while to "find" host name. As an experiment, you could try using an IP address for Host Name in SLX and see what that does?
