First usual log & setup info helps. * any BBCiplayer message in the log file such as "long delay" * any network related mesages in log - eg. cannot access mysqueezebox.com * Type of programe - live or on demand * any correlation with day/time (e.g. if at weekends - BBC & CDNs likes doing netwrok upgrades at weekends) * Location - are you in the UK,outside the UK, or using a VPN * type of player and network setup. * BBCiplayer plugin settings
