It's very difficult to investigate with no hardware. Are you sure there is no firmware update on the Onkyo? It looks like an issue on their side. Did you try what I suggested in term of restarting the bridge (see button in settings) LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
