Oh my, that's it.
The jumper on J30 was open. The units come preset for two PSU operation and I presumed that, as I had the isolator, they would have set it up for my feature set. But no! I'm very grateful for your support - especially as this turns out to be user error rather than software compatibility. Thank you!
