Unless you're very keen on Local Radio or the commercial muxes I reckon you're better off moving away from XP + DAB to a Linux + DVB-T (or -S) card + DVBShout + Icecast + Streamripper + Slimserver + AlienBBC combination. Depends upon what you want to listen to - this setup only really works well if the stations you want are all on the same DVB-T/S multiplex, but if that fits the bill then you will get higher bitrates on most stations (~= better quality) and in my experience better stability & performance on mid-range hardware.
