I assume you are using foobar2000 version.1.4.x - I discovered recently
a problem which appeared with 1.4.x and made UPnPBridge "largely"
incompatible with it. I did a quick fix in 1.11.0 and that explains why
I did not see it before as I was still using fb2k 1.3.x  a few days ago.
I'll look into the other problem next week-end
