Not to worry, a new manager of BBC radio will be along sooner or later and the BBC Sounds obsession with being "Cool wi' da yoof!" will change into some other random obsession.
As for BBC Sounds, the "iPlayer" brand name has global recognition. Throwing that away and trying to start again with a new name seems like absolute madness to me, but what do I know? The BBC squander the licence fee in mysterious ways. Meanwhile as bpa says, all we can do is accept what we get.
