This is a tough one as I don't know exactly how the packaging of LMS for Windows is made b/c it uses an "integrated" Perl of some kind. We would need Michael's expertise here. I think this is a sort of openSSL/NET::SSLeay mismatch as the exact same LMS "binary" works on my Win7 but not on your Win10, the only variable is probably ssleay.dll LMS 7.7, 7.8 and 7.9 - 5xRadio, 3xBoom, 4xDuet, 1xTouch, 1 SB2.
