OK. Just seen this when switching from non-server categories to server categories. I don't use these, and wondered if there would be an error there. When I did this there was a red error alert stating "operation cancelled by user". Did you see an error message? I added some code to allow list requests to be cancelled (in case of long internet searches, etc.) In my case it looks like this was triggered somehow, and the fetching of server categories was cancelled.
