Do check the first one: it'll increase the scan time, but browsing should be faster, as the images would be downloaded during the scan, and not when you browse artists.
The second one I do not have checked, as I usually added artwork when I ripped the albums.
The third I have checked, because I did not systematically add artist artwork back in the days.
The fourth is up to you. I have it checked, as I only use the main artist list. Scanning for all contributors can take a lot more time. This is particularly true if you have contributors like conductors or composers, who probably can't be found, therefore are looked for repeatedly.
