Odd: LMS identifies the new FLAC streams as OGG, not FLAC.
OGG from my understanding is a container format, which can come with content in various codecs. Most popular would be Vorbis, but FLAC is another one. The server is reporting "Content-Type: application/ogg".
Unfortunately from the metadata we receive I don't know how to figure out the decoder used... luckily the player does :-).
