1. Do you have RTSP entries in Server Setting/Filetypes and there are no errors indicated.
2. Do all BBC mnenu appear - for example all listings for Radio 4 "Listen Again" programs, 3. Check you have installed the special version mplayer in the right place and the custom-convert.conf in Plugins/Alien refers to that version and both it and the conf file have right permissions. 4. Check that you have installed the version of AlienBBC for 6.5.x and not 6.2/6.3 - look at the file name of the AlienBBC tar file. 5.
