I felt the additional info provided by the above changes was minimal so I have put together an AlienBBC Addon to fetch and display on web and SB the daily program schedule info for the next week from the following page http://www.bbc.co.uk/whatson/services.shtml
I have only tested this addon on 6.5.1. Installation instructions 1. Extract into Plugins/Alien/AlienAddon the directory from the attached zip file. New directory AlienBBCSchedulemenu should be in the Plugins/Alien/AlienAddon directory and it will have 3 files. 2. Then goto Server Settings/AlienBBC and click on the "reload" button - a new entry should appear in the enabled menu items - "BBC What's On". Alternatively - restart slimserver. 3. Try the new menu "BBC What's On" from the AlienBBC menu. This is a first cut to see whether it is useful and if people like it then more work can be put into the user interface and fixing issues like those below. There are some issues - when retrieving the schedule data, the connection to an SB may stutter, - when viewing the info on Softsqueeze the info is cut off.
