I am embarrassed to say that I do not quite know how to do this.  From
the StartMenu/Run, opening either command or cmd reveals 
C:\DOCUME~\DELL> OR C:\ Documents and Settings\Dell> respectively. 
With either one, entering either of the strings you provided, either
immediately after the ">", or after skipping a space, yields "The
system cannot find the file specified".

I use McAfee.
