Make sure slimserver can find mplayer.sh and whether it has right
permissions and ownership.
Where to put lame ? Slimserver checks lots of places, get a log with
d_paths enabled and open the server Setting/Filetypes - it will
generate lots of messages about executables it can't find but it also
indicates where it is looking. An example on my SuSe Linux systems
