I do not know what triggered it, maybe an minor upgrade of my Synology operating system - but Spotify Connect does not work at all anymore for me.
Did you enable media server features on your NAS?
My players are vanishing automatically and one option of Spotty activates itself: "Squeezebox Player im Spotify Connect Modus nicht im lokalen Netzwerk bekannt geben." I unchecked this option now many times and saved it but after some time it reappears.
If the spotty deamon dies quickly for a few times, that option would be enabled, in order to prevent the crashes. Disabling it therefore won't help. Please don't touch it (as the settings page says ;-))
