I went back to the WMP plugin and played directly off the library. Having a bit of a nightmare with Slim under Vista so put it on the back burner until I have time to devote to it (probably about 3 weekends away as we're moving house... and I want to get it working and stable so I can justify some Squeezeboxes to the missus!)
