bpa Thanks for taking so much trouble. I agree with you that it is likely that security software is the root of the problem, I am fairly convinced that it is at the root of the other LMS problems I am having. (I haven't had a chance to look into it today as I spent most of it sorting out my mother in law's mobile phone.
