It is weird.  Happens at around 500px width.  I don't see the effect if
Zoom is 100%.  I do see it when Zoom is other than 100%.  The two
examples below are 95% Zoom.  The wider one has no blur, when I make it
narrower a blur happens around 500pxthe blur is in the items (avatar,
text, and divider).  It seems to be a vertical blur.  I see this with
Chrome and Embedded Chromium, but not Edge.  I see it with GPU
enabled/disabled.  Not a show stopper by any means, but I thought my
eyes were going bad or something.  It also does not happen with
top-level lists, just lists with read-in items, like albums, songs,
podcasts, etc.
