You were not asked to do the second of these and it could cause trouble, though I suspect the problem is elsewhere. I am not sure what you mean by "restarted the webside access". It sounds as if you mean that you closed the browser window and then opened it. this won't work. The instruction say that you need to stop SlimServer (which you do from the System Preferences, SlimServer option) and then start it again.
