MC2Slim is a small program that runs alongside JRiver Media Center and allows you to treat your Squeezeboxes as MC Zones and play your music as if they were a soundcard on your PC.
In addition it provides a right click menu to play music files through a Squeezebox, Media Center does not need to be installed to use this function. The program needs to be installed and run on the same PC that you use for MC but can connect to a remote Slimserver. Version 1.4 adds an option to save the current playlist on the Squeezeboxes before MC2Slim takes control of them and restore this playlist afterwards (Thanks for the idea Mesue). Version 1.4 is likely to be the last version that is compatible with Media Center V11. Further developements will concentrate on new facilties in Media Center 12.
