As @schoeppi mentions, Roon supports MQA but final results depend on your choice of endpoint and DAC. I can't recall if I tested a Touch with edo and an external MQA DAC though. I don't have Roon, but I'll try to find the time to test again with some local MQA sample files soon. Roon requires that you turn off LMS entirely, then tell the Roon server to treat Squeezeboxes on the network as endpoints. Qobuz Hi-Res files play wonderfully from the Qobuz plug-in for LMS to the Squeezebox Touch. I installed edo and attached an external (non-MQA) USB DAC for best results. Qobuz is one reason I can't recall everything about my tests of MQA support. I don't need MQA, and find it an unnecessary technical distraction.
