Most other speakers don’t have such issue, a few have a problem where
they don’t accept a volume command before they have sent their current
value to their controller (this is the trigger option). In such case I
wait for the first player volume feedback and the I send the LMS volume
command. 

The zipp does something different. What seems to happen is that when it
starts to play, it tells it’s controller that volume is 100% and then
the bridge believes that the user purposely changed the volume on the
zipp to 100% so it simply reflects it. 

None of my other players does that, I’ll try to think of a workaround
that does not break volume for all other players, but as I don’t have a
zipp, it makes testing difficult
